We needed the carpet in our guest bedroom cleaned as we have a new renter moving in. There were a few tough stains from the previous renter that we weren't sure would come out but he recommended a few products that he said should work and sure enough the carpet looks new which saved us from having to replace it entirely. Logan followed up with us a few days later to see if we had any issues with the cleaning after the carpet dried. You really can't find that kind of customer service anymore.
