Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."

They helped us pick out the perfect floor coverings, gave us great suggestions for placement, and did beautiful tile work and installation of our new wood floor. As with any older building, we ran into a few snags along the way. Casey and his crew took on the extra work and saw us through completion. Not an easy chore. Ammon was great to work with on getting everything lined up, and Jared did an AMAZING job with the tile and rock, accommodating some unusual requests of ours of having natural rock edges. I would recommend Hatch Flooring to anyone. (Two years ago, we also had them carpet the entire house and tile a hearth around our woodstove - a great job on those projects, too!)"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
