"Jayden, T.J., Marty and Kyle were excellent installers for our window. I've waited a long time for this window and it was so worth it. It feels so clean and bright and I don't even want to shut the shutters. Dust Bunny even stopped by to ensure that we were happy. It's a very hot day and I felt bad for them working in the heat, but they were quick and patient and happy that we were happy."

"A big storm in March caused what seemed to be a pretty big leak in my roof. Kole was able to show up the very next day, locate the issue quickly and fix the problem . He then checked the rest of my roof without being asked and performed some preventative maintenance to avoid similar issues in the future. It is now June and we have experienced no additional leaking."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
