"Jayden, T.J., Marty and Kyle were excellent installers for our window. I've waited a long time for this window and it was so worth it. It feels so clean and bright and I don't even want to shut the shutters. Dust Bunny even stopped by to ensure that we were happy. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
