It took several months for our windows to come in but they are SO worth the wait! Once they got them they came out and got them installed right away! The installation was very quick and easy! They helped educate us thru the entire process as this was our first time replacing any windows! The staff was awesome! Answering any and all of our questions! So helpful and kind! We used to have MAJOR drafting with our old windows and our new ones dont have any! Its overwhelming to see and feel the difference our new windows make! "In the last month I have had both of these crews working on my patio and basement wall. I asked them questions and they gave good answers. Tim Boudrean, the crew leader on the wall project, took time to explain the whole process of putting up carbon fiber wall supports. The whole crew seemed to know there jobs well and cleaned up good when they were done. I was pleased with the work done. I must say I had one major complaint about the wall job. The agreement I signed stated I must prepare the basement so they would have access to the wall. It was difficult for me because we have a bathroom against part of the wall. I was afraid the bathroom would be destroyed, so I measured the distances that was needed between the carbon braces. (a lot of Youtube research) I figured that the only part of the bathroom affected would be the sink. The sales rep disagreed and said the shower had to be taken out. I gave in and had the shower taken out. The installation crew actually placed the braces almost exactly where I had marked. The shower did not have to be removed. Mid American Basement should have sent an installer instead of a sales rep to verify the placements. It cost me extra to have the shower removed and will cost more to repair the tear down."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
