"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. My laptop was returned fully functional, but covered with dust. I had to clean it when I received it.
They did more than I asked by replacing the motherboard, where I thought that they would only repair the DC jack (my laptop wouldn't charge after buying a new battery and a new AC adapter).
