But we had never had to address this level of home renovation and the extensive landscaping in our yard complicated the scope of our project. While we were concerned about our project's complexity, we were extremely relieved at the high level of knowledge, competence, communication, customer service, and professionalism awarded to us by the Groundworks foundation team. Our foreman Clem, and his team (Luis, Noah, Ran, and Rokk) literally went above and way beyond our expectations to explain next steps, listen to us, problem-solve, and execute a solution to every concern we raised. Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. We can enthusiastically state that working with, and completing our foundation project with Groundworks was a GREAT experience!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Out of the two pads that needed significant leveling, only one turned out well. Also, what was supposed to be a 2 day job only took 4 hours; this leads me to believe the labor was over-estimated by a factor of 3. Meaning, I over-paid significantly."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They were efficent and completed the work in one day.  They were clean and left no mess, covered the floors so they remained clean.  One of the workmen  fixed by door to the garage with a a specail screw so it does not stick any loner when opening and closing the door.  Also told me how to tighten my screen door so it will not sag in the future.  Nice bonus.
