It all is going very well. We have been using their cleaning services for 5 or so months. The owner is responsive, helpful, easy to talk to. We have noticed a great improvement in the cleanliness of our locations as well.

As noted by other reviewers, working with Anthony over the phone was very pleasant.  He was responsive, informative, and helpful in answering questions and setting up the cleaning service appointment.  The cleaning job accomplished by his workers, however, was very disappointing.  I remained at home during the cleaning service.  As the two women finished each floor, they asked if everything met my expectations.  They'd forgotten to clean the blinds (even though I'd paid for this additional charge).  The floors were not mopped but rather spot cleaned.  I found numerous other "spots" that had not been cleaned.  And various surfaces on pieces of furniture had not been dusted.  They neglected to vacuum staircases until I explicitly asked.  They again neglected to dust or vacuum various areas of the basement until I alerted them to the oversight.  In the kitchen, one of the women dripped oven cleaner on our wood floors and burned a hole in the hardwood finish that now cannot be repaired (short of refinishing the floors).  The women worked for less than 5 hours and I was charged $300.  What they cleaned, they cleaned well but the service was not worth the headache or the cost.I will not use this Details Cleaning Service again.

They did an excellent job and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

I called on Friday and had an appointment to clean on Monday.  They were here right on time- 1pm.  I showed them the house and had to run back to work.  It felt odd to leave people in my house but they seemed so nice.  My husband got home a little before 7pm and they were still cleaning!  When I got home about 8pm they were gone and my house was immaculate!  I didn't know my wood floors could look that good. My cupboards gleamed, the wood railings were shining like new.  Every surface was shining.  The house smelled wonderfully clean. It appeared they even cleaned the cat's toys!  I've had other people clean before and never had anything this well done.  I plan to have them back every two weeks.  What a relief to have this done and to know I've found someone I can count on!

We want to commend Anthony and his team and extend our appreciation to them.  We met Anthony prior to an out of town trip.  We wanted to have our home cleaned prior to our return as we had someone staying in our home for two weeks to care for our home and our four fur kids. 

Anthony is extremely personable.  We had to have trust in someone to provide them with access to our home while we were away.  We felt very comfortable with Anthony and his crew.  Our home was in tip-top shape upon our return and we already have Anthony on the books for a stem to stern deep cleaning once we have some dry wall and painting completed in our home.

Anthony, thank you for giving me the gift of coming home to a clean home.  I admit to being a "neat freak" and it was such a treat to come home and not have to clean the entire house after a 20+ hour flight.

We had almost our entire first floor painted, ceilings and walls.  We also had a room in our lower level walkout drywalled.  We really needed a whole house deep clean.  I called Anthony at Details Cleaning and he couldn't be more helpful.  We set up two dates to do the work since it could not all be done in one day.  The two women on the cleaning crew arrived on time as scheduled, on both occasions.  They did an incredible job.  Their eye for "detail" was unbelievable.  They furnished all of their own equipment and cleaning products, including a step ladder to do the ceiling fans.  When they finished, I was so impressed with the quality and care they demonstrated.  They treated our house as if it was theirs.  I was so impressed they now clean twice a month for us.  Two thumbs up!

Seth and Miranda both came out and cleaned, oiled and polished my wood blinds (which was a little extra). They did an excellent job and now they look brand new. Also, my parents are handicapped and they were concerned about falling on wet carpet and floors. Seth and Miranda came back another time, free of charge, to steam clean their carpet before they went to bed so it would be dry by time they woke up in the morning. The cleaned and dusted light fixtures, bathrooms and floors, steamed one upholstery item and stayed well over their time to make sure everything was completed. Very professional and thorough and we will continue to use their services. I have used many different cleaning service companies and this company is by far the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend them as a cleaning service and they also use all green cleaning solutions as well.

It went very well.  They take great pride in doing a good job in a professional  manner.  Very pleasant personalities and eager to please. Very trustworthy.  Looking forward to our association as we have a contract for the next year.  I look forward to seeing my house looking good without my telling them what to do.  If I want something extra done, all I have to do is tell them and it will be done.
