Andy and Roger did a lot of the work themselves, but they also used high quality subs: flooring, tile, plumbing, cabinet doors, electrical, painting the kitchen cabinets and credenza (CR Painting-not often you can find a painter who does first class work on cabinets). I would have never been able to find and coordinate the level of skilled professionals that Andy did. The project went smoothly from start to finish.
