Should have negotiated, expensive for the time it took even if you include trip time and parts. Also had to do some clean up after he left. So far toilet works fine! Decent fellow and comfortable having him in our home.

He was the only plumber who coukd come in the timeframe I needed and actually called when another appt cancelled and came a day early. What I thought was a major leak he figured out was not something major and he fixed it. Came while we were moving so it was chaos in the house and we were very appreciative.

Called TLI on A Saturday. He came on Monday to do a maintenance check on my sump pump and talk through drainage issues with my underground gutters. Looked in my sump pump hole with a camera and replaced a drain line connected to my house.
