I would not recommend due to the lack of communication and time management, I was scheduled for for an early appointment and no one showed, after I called it was pushed multiple times after that. I did agree to the price, but after consulting others I paid way too much for what was done. When it came time for the gentleman to collect payment you bet he was ontime, even a bit early."

You should wait three to six months after you buy it to paint pressure-treated wood. It needs time to dry from the chemicals applied to it. Another option is to use a less diluted paint to get a thicker coverage.

Wood stain is, however, flammable before you apply it, so you should always store partially full cans and used wood stain rags away from sources of heat and open flames.

You should inspect the area regularly for rust, clean it with a wire brush, repaint it every few years, and apply a protective sealant to prevent corrosion.
