When I asked them to come out for the estimate, she said she would call before hand and she was right on time. The estimate was emailed to me with in 48 hours. They were prompt, actually they were early. They had already power washed the front porch by the time I got home. They did notice the house had a lot of oxidation on it, they offered an extra cleaner for it. There was an additional charge and the offices called me back in 30 minutes with the extra price quote. About 3 hours later they were done, all the furniture back in its place and everything cleaned up. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have already recommended them to other people.

This team was professional, punctual, experienced, with exceptional equipment, fair with pricing (an excellent value). Also recommended and applied high-grade stain.

This 20 something deck looks like new. They had to work around weather and was able to complete the project in the time we expected. The job was done at a reasonable price considering the steps taken to complete it. This deck is approximately 12 feet by 25 feet with railing and a step.

The vinyl siding, soffits, shutters, and gutters looked clean and much brighter than before. The concrete also looked brighter and refreshed. Most of the window sills were clean with the exception of a couple of the second story windows were there was still some dirt on the windows and sills. My siding is older and the cleaning really brightened the house. The washer, Kyle, was polite and worked fairly fast. He resprayed a couple of places on the siding upon my request and completed the work in less than four hours.
I rated the company's punctuality and quot;goodand quot; rather than and quot;excellentand quot; because the owner, Kevin Crawford, stated that his worker would contact me first thing on Monday morning. He never called and I had to call Kevin late morning to check the status. Shortly thereafter, Kyle arrived and began preparing for the powerwash.
I rated the company's price as and quot;goodand quot; rather than and quot;excellentand quot; because the company was higher than two other estimates. However, I chose Pressure Pro because it was the only company that hand washed the areas of siding where there was heavy amounts of dirt and mold before using the powerwasher. Kevin answered my questions, told me how long the job would take, was insured, and seemed professional.
I am happy with the work that was performed and would hire Pressure Pro again.
