Country, Propane, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Country Propane is a great supplier for propane. We have a contract with them to keep filled. They are always prompt at filling our tanks (we have 2; 1 for house, 1 for shop). We've never had to remind them of a need to fill them. The pricing for the LP is very competitive as well. Thanks for the great service.

Horrible! First, their customer service is lower than an F. They are rude, does not let the customer finish sentence before interrupting, they do not return phone calls, says they will call night before to fill tank calls the morning of and upset no one is home. They add random charges to a fully paid. Spoke with the owner Teri. He listens but doesn’t act on complaints. Teri was unaware of issues I have had until I finally get a call from him. All in all I would never recommend anyone to this company due to the lack and disrespect of the office staff!!

It went very well with the work done quickly and correctly. They had to fix a few mistakes made by a previous plumber.

The co-owner of the company came for the initial estimate. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.  He answered all of my (many) questions and provided a quote that was comprehensive and in line with what I expected from my online research.
The various crew members who completed the multiple facets of the installation were friendly, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Their work ethic was phenomenal. I had healthy snacks and assorted beverages available so they could stay healthy in the warm weather, but they didn't stop to snack.  They kept me updated on the progress and the next steps, and even brought their own vacuum cleaner to clear any construction dust at the end of each shift.
The project had a couple of unexpected complications and delays, which are not unusual when retrofitting an older house. In each case they explained the situation and possible options and then proceeded with the chosen course.
To illustrate their attention to detail and their strong work ethic: Since the project took a bit longer than expected, the young man who was the lead on the project was here later on a Friday afternoon than anticipated--on the eve of his wedding!
I am highly pleased with the service and the products and I intend to continue to do business with this company.  I will highly recommend Country Propane, Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honest work and quality products.

Removed an old faucet and installed a new one that I purchased. They also inspected the drain lines for leaks and fabricated a new cabinet bottom out of plywood I provided (the leak I had destroyed the particle board bottom. They did an outstanding job all the way around. I would highly recommend them!

The replacement of the bathroom faucet and placing shut-off valves under the bathroom sink went very well! Everything was finished in a half-hour. Both young men were very competent in their work and worked very well together plus are always very friendly and answer any question we have.
We would like to add that Country Propane Heating and Cooling has been doing our plumbing and heating work for 16 years! We have found them to be very honest, getting the work done in a timely fashion, and even joyful if coming on a week-end to help us out in the cold winter. When we used them the first time, we wanted a new AC unit put in our home, and thinking it made sense to replace our furnace, which was old at the time, but Mr. Davis said "Oh, that furnace will last for a while longer." They could have sold us a new furnace, but with being the honest company Country Propane is, he didn't at the time. Our old furnace lasted 2 more years before having to replace it--we did purchase a new AC. We feel safe when having to leave our home when the men come to work on something.
We would recommend Country Heating and Cooling for any of the services they provide!

Most thorough and professional service we've ever had! This was a more complex job because we had to replace two furnaces and ductwork with one furnace and a/c unit to service the entire home and they dedicated a crew to come work in our home for five days to complete the work. When Greg, one of the company's owners came to give us the estimate, he explained everything in great detail so we would be sure to understand exactly what they would be doing. They worked quickly to have the main part of the house up and running and quickly as possible to keep us comfortable and had the whole house a/c up and running a day early. The crew kept us up to date and in the loop the entire time so we would know. One of the guys even came up and gave us a heads-up to let us know they were going to have to cut the power for about five minutes so we could shut our computers and electronics down to avoid any problems! When they were done, our basement was cleaner than it had ever been, and Greg even followed up via email by helping us fill out the paperwork in order to get the rebates for our new equipment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
