They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. There are several pros and cons to brick houses, including the fact that painted brick requires more maintenance than bare brick. For one, you need to repaint the surface every 10 or so years. This is a costly and time-consuming process that requires sanding, scraping, washing, and a new coat of paint. You also need to touch up the paint if it chips or fades. Unpainted brick, on the other hand, may need cleaning periodically, but you won’t need to go to the same levels you would for painted brick.

Satin paint is better for high-traffic spaces that need to hold up to a lot of cleaning. It’s also best for spaces where walls are free of imperfections since the light reflecting off a glossy satin finish will highlight them even more. On the other end of the spectrum, think of flat paint for walls with dents or divots you want to conceal. Since flat paint isn’t as strong as satin paint, it’s not great for spaces that need a lot of cleaning.
