She also utilized a checklist to ensure they were cleaning what I wanted them to clean, but nothing more and accepts debit cards for payment following the service. "Jared was on time. It was a little cool for painting the porch but he power washed the deck. Came back later and did 2 coats to the deck floor and 1 coat to the railings and lattice. He is very quiet, works constantly. He always cleans up any mess."
