We cannot see any sign of the hole in the wall, amazed it came out so well! On the water damaged spots, one was cut out and replaced with new drywall and the others were restored and textured to match the existing ceiling. Very happy with the work done!

There were no problems. The owner came twice to discuss the project, then the workmen came when he said they would and finished the job promptly. I did call about a missing threshold and was told it was being fabricated. It was installed a short time later.
