For the 8 years previous to this, Bill worked for another water conditioning business. Deciding to take “the plunge” and start his own business was a major event in his life. Bill operated the business from 1989-2016 before handing the reins to his son Robert in 2017. Robert grew up in the business and after his high school graduation in 2000, became a full time employee. Over the years, Wix Water Works has had several employees. At the present time, Wix has 3 fulltime employees: Shane Carlson (cousin) heads up deliverys and service calls and has been on board since June 2010. Susan Rewerts is our administrative assistant and has worked for Wix for the past 24 years. Bill also still works for the company. The staff at Wix Water Works is made up of friendly, competent workers with the best interests of their customers in mind. Honesty and dedication to our client's water needs is our utmost responsibility. Wix Water Works is happy to service both residential and commercial operations.
