This project consisted of installing a solar domestic hot water system in an old house, essentially a remodeling project. The contractor did a great job.

They have a regular plumber that comes out and he is very friendly. In the last six months the actual owner came out because his regular plumber was sick. He spent all day here working on a problem and he had to go back and get something's for me too. He didn't charge me anything extra for it. He said it was his fault because he didn't have the parts for it. The leak would supposedly get fixed but then within 6 months it would break again. He got to the bottom of the problem finally. Every time they have come out they have done a good job.

I called them out after another company botched up a drain cleaning job and got their cable stuck. They came out and gave me an estimate and also located the main drain that the other company should have used instead of the toilet. They also removed a valve that would have prevented the other company from reeling their cable in. They came out right away the next morning and dig up the line, removed the roots, got the cable loose, and cleared the pipe out to the main. They were very courteous and helpful. The other company stated how reasonable they were when they overheard me talking to them. I have not received the bill as they are still here working but was told that the quote is usually right on. I just wish I would have called them in the first place.
