"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. Most of which just felt like a rushed job with a ton of corner cutting and no attention to quality. I?m not usually a negative reviewer, but I?ve had a lot of friends and family tell me that this is not an acceptable level of quality for what I paid. I feel like I need to be honest about that in this case. Nice enough guy and I wish him the best. But I sadly can?t recommend. "

"Zach did get the dishwasher uninstalled and plug in set up for the stove. There was an electrical problem that turned out to be beyond Zach's ability so the new dishwasher is requiring an electrician for the install to be completed. I did need to reschedule him as he missed the first appointment. He needs to work on communications. "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
