Do not and I mean do not hire this person to do any laminate tiling for your bathroom. I had all the material the tile, wax ring for the toilet, new heater vent and baseboards. I requested a quote stating all of the above. The initial look of the tile looks nice but he put the old baseboards back on leaving a hole in the wall. My toilet I’m going to have to have someone else take a look at it. My whole house smells like crap. You go cheap you get cheap work. This is going to cost more money to get repaired. Be careful ladies getting repairs or installs people like to give us the run around.

Excellent . Kenneth definitely knows what he is doing and does an excellent job. Would highly recommend him and will absolutely use him again. Responds quickly and does what he says he’ll do. Very happy with his work.

I asked for storm door to be fixed. In no time, he was grabbing tools from his truck and getting job done. He went the Extra mile, spray foaming insulating it as well. So Impressed, asked him to work with our Rental Properties and become a vendor to our other landlords as well. Absolutely hire him for More jobs.

I hired KL Nelson to install tile in my kitchen. The service I received was far from professional. Just about every tile is uneven and all of the grout work is either cracking or nonexistent. Not only was the install terrible, but the amount of damage this guy did to my house is unforgiveable. Every wall, cabinet, and piece of trim has either grout or mortar hardened on it. This guy is less expensive than his competition, but he will cause you thousands of dollars in repairs! DO NOT give this guy your business!

Ken is a very professional and courteous young man. The install went as planned and it looks good.

I thought I was hiring a professional, but what I got was a lot of sloppy work and half done project. no attention to detail and virtually very little cleanup left his trash here and all of the saw shavings in my driveway and pushed into my grass. Dirty glue residue left on several floors Very disappointed should’ve spent the extra $2000 and had a reputable company do the job. I’m done, trying to hire small business.
