Thanks for taking a look at my business page. I have been in business in the Quad Cities for 25years. My Dad owned his own business, I learned a lot from him growing up. I'm excited to be on Angie. I take pride in my work. I treat your home or business like it was my own. Quality and fast service is what we strive for. I specialize in old homes with floors that you think that are too far gone. I love the challenge and I have not been defeated. Checkout my pictures to see some miracles. I don't just sand and refinish. We also install hardwoods, and vinyl plank. "On 5/15. Ron was working on my mother in laws home and his help left the trap door to the crawl space open. My husband fell through. Causing several muscle, tissue damage, dislocated rib. He needed PT, chiro. ED visit, follow up appointment, xrays, orthopedic visit. Medication and 4 days of missed work. Ron was notified the next day. My mother in law did turn it into her insurance but denied it due to the contractors responsibility and negligence. Bills totalling so far $807 and unplanned use of 4 days of vacation i can not get back totalling $880. Ron offered nothing other than a sorry I told them to shut it before they left. We were going to work on that. June 4 met with Ron agreed on $1000 plus cost of paint. Agreed on payments every 2 weeks.He said 3-4 days he would be finished. We made him aware we had 2 events at the house compung up. He said hed be done.He texted me next day stating $1998 would be the total. 6/6 Ron said he needed the money in full now as $1200 was stolen from his truck. If we could pay now he would discount $200. $1800 cash was given on 6/7. 6/9 Ron ordered all our paint we had chose 6/10 Ron started painting. Told him it had to be done by Monday 6/16 as we had a fathers day celebration at the house. He said he would be done. Wife's dishes were ruined as some paint in the kitchen sink was all over them. We did wash them but the residue would nit come off. She said they were about $60 worth and he was using her new towels to wipe up messes. 5/16 house was not done. Had to have father's day celebration outside under the patio as it just had finished storming and everything was wet we had to stand. 6/20 had told him for the last few days it had to be done as we had a family reunion on 6/21 of around 50 people. He said he'd be done. On 6/20;showed up at around 830 PM. left around 1AM. We did not have enough time to sleep, clean, cook and get the house back in order. We had to contact everyone to move the party location. Floors were damaged, scratched, paint left on them. Door handles painted on. countertops, windows, faucets and fridge handles I had to scrub paint off of. He also asked to borrow or credit card on 6/20 to rent a floor sander for another job. I told him no. He showed up hours after he said he would be there. I work second shift. I made sure I was up for him when I could of slept longer. Paint is patchy in bathroom and back porch and needed another coat of paint."
