Phill has been working with me over the last two years. He has taken excellent care of our every need. I can expect quick communication and great work when ever dealing with him. He has been cutting our lawn along with spring and fall clean up, some seeding and mulching, snow removal in the winter and also some repairs that we needed around the house. I would recommend him to anyone that wants care and worry free services. We don't have enough time to make our lawn look the way we want but Phill makes sure that everything is always well cared for. We will be using Steele Home Services for many years to come

Before putting our house on the market, I mentioned to our real estate agent that I was overwhelmed with all the de-cluttering that needed to be done and I hardly knew where to begin. She recommended High Point. With a smile in her voice, Mary Ann at High Point assured me that they could handle all the tasks on my list. The workmen (Scott and Joe) arrived on time, were very pleasant, treated our belongings with respect and care. Professionals through and through. I would use them again without hesitation

  • Evans Home Improvement LLC

I was looking for a handyman to do a couple things around the house that I just didn't have the tools/time/expertise to handle as we moved out of our home and wanted to prepare it for renters to come in. I called John Evans, discussed what I wanted done, and we agreed on a price and time. Communication was great, and John was able to accomodate our somewhat compressed timeline since we were due to leave the area soon. He showed up with the right tools and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time for a great price. I would definitely use this repairman again

Excellent business model. All services required to have a new home in move-in condition or used home ready for sale. Professional, prompt, quality work at a reasonable price compared to hiring multiple contractors.

  • Handyman At Your Command
    5.0
Ultimately, I would recommend Handyman at Your Command because of the excellent customer service and quality of work performed. Tracy is very attentive to customers and was willing to work within my deadlines and schedule to get handymen at my house when needed. I appreciate this very much and ultimately, nothing else matters except that the work that needed to be done was completed on time and done well. The only thing I would say is that things would have been much smoother if I had been home to supervise the handymen because I have been working to coordinate repairs on my old house from out of state. It is not HaYC's fault and I know the handymen worked very hard to try to accomplish a lot of work within the time allotted, and even ran up extra hours of work. However, it did feel as though it would have gone better if I were home to answer questions and provide direction myself. Under the circumstances, I do believe they did a great job and while they could not complete everything I needed within the time I had them, the work they did do was of very good quality. The reason why I rate the price only a "B" is because some services are going to be less expensive with other providers. It was hard to get an accurate quote because the handymen charge by the hour. So for example, a power washing company quoted me at $495 to power wash my entire house but when I assigned power washing to the handymen (thinking it would only take 3-4 hours) it turns out the job was going to take them many more and would have cost about $1,000 to complete. I think Handyman at Your Command is best for specific small jobs such as patching drywall, which they did for me

The only contractor (carpenter/handyman) I have ever had that was responsive to phone calls and showed up when they said they would!
