"Quick to schedule me and good quality of work. UPDATE 8/23/22: Our experience with this company will sound outrageous to any decent human being. We hired them to install a range hood in September 2021. They showed up and did a good job installing it for us. Then they suggested we also install a vent cover which they could make it for us for $200. We thought it would be nice to cover the vent so we agreed and paid them to bring it to us later. Then things started to escalate from here. They promised to drop it off on Oct 6, DID NOT show up. Then on Nov 1, my husband contacted them, they promised to drop it off the second day, DID NOT show up. My husband contacted them three times in December (Dec 1, 16, and 17), and they replied on Dec 17 saying that they would bring it on the 24th, DID NOT show up. Contacted them again on Dec 30, said they would come, DID NOT show up. Ever since then, they stopped replying to our messages. We texted them at least once a month, with NO RESPONSES AT ALL. Yesterday (August 23, 2022), I called them and someone picked up. I confronted them and they told me they NEVER came to where I live to do any job! This is completely unprofessional and outrageous. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but they failed us over and over again. They either deliberately lied to us or they intentionally stole from us! It is disgusting! Today is August 23, 2022. we called them and an automated voice said, this number has a caller restriction which prevents us from calling them!!! We tried to be as civilized as we can but this is beyond unacceptable. If this is how they do business with everyone, then they will be out of business in no time! We will expose them on every platform they are on so no one else will fall for their despicable act!"

COVID-19 has been a huge challenge, as supply chain disruptions have caused certain materials to be out of stock, creating delays in construction. Ben communicated these issues on a timely basis. Stephanie handles administration and marketing for the company. She was prompt and courteous in our requests for information. Jenna, using 3D software, helped us create and visualize the finished project months before the demolition and construction of our home actually began. She paid close attention to our wish list while providing a young professional’s perspective on what it would take to modernize our home. She provided attractive “Plan B” alternatives when COVID related delays forced us to look for different materials to install Chris and Troy are highly skilled construction professionals, that excel in doing quality work in an efficient manner. RHR was a great fit for our project. They understand what is needed to make a home viable for aging in place. We were very comfortable working with them. Finally, for anyone considering home renovation, it’s important to be flexible and willing to tolerate disruption when living in your house during the construction process. "Last night, our furnace stopped working and we woke up to 56° indoor temp and dropping. To complicate matters, our household is currently sick with COVID and we were unable to have a technician enter our home because of this. After speaking with Jackie (the appointment secretary), I received a call back from the manager, George. George was very kind and explained why they couldn't send a technician out (completely understandable). He then continued to offer to walk me through things to check to identify and possibly solve the problem. I stayed on the phone with him while he walked me through trying a few different things, and by the end of the 25ish minute phone call I had a working furnace again. I am so beyond grateful for the above and beyond service George and his company supplied to me today. Because of him, we have a warm home to recover in. Thank you, George."
