"Do not recommend. They refused to let me pack my own items, so I had to pay them extra to pack. They threw things together in large boxes, damaging fragile items. Boxes mislabeled. Furniture damaged. They claim the movers on the receiving end unpacked (they did not). They were happy to take my money with reassurances they would take great care, and once I contacted them about the problems, they did not respond in a timely manner. Still trying to resolve this issue, as they do not follow up. They asked for photos to prove that the movers on the other end did not unpack because "they are getting 2 sides to the story". Why would I contact them about that if there was no problem? I have better things to do with my time than deal with their stonewalling. Very unprofessional company. Do your own packing and hire someone else to ship it."
