LANGLOIS PIANOS INTERNATIONAL INC

It went terrible overall. The new piano was damaged moving it into my home. Mr. Langlois promised to replace the top board that was chipped. He never could find one to match, so he repaired it. I told him that my purchase was for a new piano in perfect condition, not a repaired one. He screamed at me in his piano store so hard he was spitting in my face. I purchased the piano on his "no interest' payment plan. The coupon book that accompanies the payment went to my ex-husbands address in seattle and he was getting his mail stolen. So I was 1 week late on my first payment because i didn't have the coupon. A man in a truck came roaring up in my driveway and pounded on my door, insisting to see the piano. i showed him the piano and my checkbook where I had consolidated the first and second months payments. He calmed down and we were able to have a decent conversation. He was working for the Allegro Acceptance Credit Company. I told Ira about this and he said he had never heard of any problems with them before, and he had been dealing with them for many years. I have a hard time believing him, especially with his poor customer service. I would never buy a piano from this man again, or have him near my home!

THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY WAS JUST FINE. THE PIANO SOUNDS GOOD AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS.

ONCE THE TUNER ARRIVED, I HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS WORK. HOWEVER, HE WAS EXTREMELY LATE. AFTER HE WAS OVER AN HOUR LATE, I CALLED TO ASK IF I HAD BEEN FORGOTTEN (AND I WASN'T PLEASED BY THAT TIME). I WAS TOLD THAT MY PAPERWORK HAD BEEN MISPLACED SO THEY HAD NO WAY TO CONTACT ME (ALTHOUGH THEY WERE AWARE THERE WAS AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED). ONCE I CALLED, THE TUNER ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. HE WAS EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC FOR THE ERROR. I WOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE.
