Aside from being exposed to blatant sexual harassment from several of this companies employees. The thing that is most uppsetting about this moving experience was the 18 wheel driverless moving truck plowing into my neighbors work pickup truck causing it to be unusable. The air break was not properly applied. I watched it happen and the company is denighing any responsibility. I will not go into the amount of loss and damage to my I experienced as a result of hiring this company but tonight I would estimate it exceeds the cost of the move. Out of the more than 30 calls during business hours over the past few days I have been able to speak to a human once and was met with astounding indifference and dental of the situation. Also, while unpacking I have descovered several chefs knifes stuck randomly amongst belongings. The blades are exposed and have resulted in two deep lacerations on my hands. I have stopped unpacking and will ho to emergency care to see if I need stiches in the morning. After reading reviews on Yelp I realize that Beverly Hills Transfer and Moving Co. pattern of behavior has existed for many years and happened to many customers. This company was refered to me by Allied. Thank you for your time. Please don't use this company.

From the time that I called them, everything was smooth and every single member of their team went above and beyond to help me in my moving process. Moving such a long distance is stressful on its own, but Beverly Hills was amazing with their in-home estimate, the guys loading the truck in SoCal, and the guys who unloaded here in Seattle. The driver was amazing as well and they kept me informed the entire way. I would absolutely use Allied/Beverly Hills Transfer again, and would definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for a moving company.
Side note - they will not quote a price over the phone, so this is why they offer the free in-home estimate. The price they quote you in the estimate is, of course, an estimate, but they are guaranteed to not charge you any more than that. It was very accurate and my move actually wound up being a bit less than expected.

Was able to schedule date within one week of calling service provider; crew of 2 came and worked very quickly to finish job (which took approx. 3 hrs).

Beverly Hills Transit were wonderful to deal with every step of the way. Whether it was Earl in the office or the driver and his ssistnat they were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to use them or tell others. They handled my furniture and belongings with care. If I needed something such as were the driver was in their journey to me it was found out and the call returned. Or if I needed something moved to another spot the movers were very accommodating. A+

Carried a glass buffet inadequately protected that was upside down and dropped off a dolly causing $2,800 damage. Foreman then stated, "I'm sorry. I didn't know it was glass."
Failed to anticipate that an armoire and a glass table top would not fit freight elevator.
Left a packed carton of glassware and other items behind. Lost a kitchen step- stool.

3rd time I've used this moving company. Their guys work very hard and very fast. I was told that the men are paid by the company for a 10 1/2 hour day. That means, if they finish your job quickly they still get paid for a full day, which works to your advantage. Anyway, they wrapped everything carefully. Nothing was scratched or damaged in the move. On top of that one of the movers found a $1,300 dollar wristwatch that had been missing for a year behind some furniture and brought it to me. Honest guys!! After unsuccessful moves with other companies I only use this company. Note: for local moves everybody charges the same hourly rate, so why not go with the best?

This company did a terrible job. e have never had so many things broken, scratched and destroyed in a move as with this company. They put deep scratches in our highly polished piano, shredded a one-of-a-kind artpiece lamp shade, broke the leg off an antique chair, broke a floor lamp so badly it couldn't be repaired. They stalled paying for the damage and finally settled for pennies on the dollar. Advice: If you hire this company, insure your property for cost of actual replacement. They will destroy something.

I HAD A GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NOTHING THAT I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THE THINGS THAT THEY DID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYBODY. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND LIVED UP TO THAT PRICE. I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT WAS A TRUE ESTIMATE AND NOT LIKE A CAR DEALERSHIP ESTIMATED PRICE.
