The technicians arrived early and were very professional and friendly throughout the appointment. They worked around other contractors who were also at the house at the start of the appointment. They explained the process thoroughly and were honest about what stains would be cleaned and what (&why) some would not come out. The price quoted on the website was what I paid with the only addition being $30 for the pet spot treatment - of which I was informed & agreed to at booking & again prior to starting the cleaning. The carpet looks great afterwards. There is no chemical smell and the drying time was 4-6 hours (varied by the type of carpet). Overall a great experience and I would recommend

We had it re-stretched and then cleaned while the furniture was out of the room. We used ZeroRez based on their advertising. Well pleased with the results. They pre-treated the room and cleaned carpet, plus cleaned the stairway carpet, all for the package deal price. ALL the little spots came out and the carpet smelled like new!
