"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. I really liked him and his recommendations and said, "Let's do it." When the workmen got here, they changed Randy's recommendation of a sump pump to a drain flow that included pop-up drains. The men worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will not know if the drain system works until it rains, but all indications are that our home will not be safe and dry."
