"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. "All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

"Michael and his crew were prompt. He explained what he would be doing prior to beginning. He did change the drain from the sump pump and ran it across the ceiling and placed the drain to empty into the dry creek bed. We were thrilled as there wasn't a need to dig up the yard to install the drain. Michael really knew his stuff. His team was prompt and polite and efficient. They cleaned up the work site after. I would recommend Michael and AquaGuard again."

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!"

"I had loudly squealing pipes with any water running, so did some internet research and found it could be related to the water pressure regulator. I started searching for a plumber. I found Troy and Sons on Home Advisor, read all of their posted reviews, then called and talked to Troy. He was very forthright with answers to my numerous questions, (too much internet research?!) and also quoted a better price than my first bid. There was no charge for someone to come out and assess the job on-site, so Norman came and confirmed there were no "extenuating circumstances" fees to be added. I called Troy and scheduled replacement of my water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulator. While they were here doing the replacements, they also explained the benefits of having a shut off lever on the water heater itself, so I had that added at just a minimal additional charge. They were prompt, efficient, did an excellent job, and cleaned up the work area before departing. I had two slow running drains that I asked if they had time to look and, and they generously cleaned those at no additional charge. I have had two major plumbing jobs done before, each with a different plumber, but now Troy and Sons will be my go-to for any plumbing jobs they handle."

"Amazing care, communication and efficiency!!! We had a pretty bad leak in the pipe connecting to the county water meter. We knew that we needed it fixed fairly quickly. Jacob came out literally within the hour that my husband called. He did not rush through, and really did a great job.
