"This company is completely unprofessional. My husband and I chose them cause they were the cheaper option and found out the hard way that’s not always the best choice. When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. We have a 5 year warranty and when I called them up to discuss these issues on 3 different occasions I was told someone would come out and that never happened. "Very Professional - This was a time critical job since I desired to put house on market in immediate future. Mr. Jefferys was professional during & timely in providing job inspection and quote. Demolition of existing concrete driveway & sidewalk was efficiently & effectively executed as agreed on the morning of day one and base installed and compacted in the afternoon. The following morning asphault was placed and compacted to specifications. In addition he dressed the edges of both the drive & sidewalk with fresh topsoil. Mr. Jefferys and his employees had all heavy equipment necessary of the complete project efficiently & professionally. He maintained a clean workplace throughout the project and provided a one year warranty on materials & workmanship. "Coastal Remodeling screened in my front porch in November 2023. Upon initial inspection, the porch looked good although they did not paint the new trim boards inside the screens, meaning those new boards did not match the rest of the white trim boards on the porch. Unfortunately, one month after installation, one of the screens came loose from the frame leaving a large entrance for mosquitoes. In addition a second screen became very loose a few weeks after installation. Furthermore the screen door they installed is dragging on the porch flooring making it difficult to open and close the screen door. Pretty awkward welcome into my home. I have managed to keep out the mosquitoes with some wide white gorilla tape to match the white frame of the screens, but it does not look “finished”. I have been communicating with Todd for two months about repairing the mistakes even offering to pay him because I am going to put my house on the market in three weeks. Todd promised he would do the work in September. But Todd is no longer responding to me. I will look for a more reliable company next time."
