Retiled 2 bathrooms with natural stone. Some grout is already cracking up. Was supposed to regrout a shower after checking to see if we had water leaking. Got paid but didn't come back to do the shower. Returned once to install water toilet lines and had to come back due to both of them leaking. Was supposed to replace 1 toilet. Told me he was coming one evening and never showed up or called. Doesn't return calls. I've left over a dozen messages. I am going to have to call a plumber to complete the work since Steven won't return my calls. Very disappointing.
