We asked Bill to redo a dry-laid stone patio that a previous contractor had botched up, Bill was a pleasure to do business with. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard to do a good job for us. We are very happy with the end result and I highly recommend him. We will definitely use Bill again in the future!

I can't say enough about his work, and quality of work! He made the repairs 190% better than original. I would not hesitate to hire him again! He always kept me in the loop before and during repairs. He has set the customer service level bar a lot higher. Is he that good? You bet!

We have worked with Bill on two projects. He is extremely professional and only does high-quality work at very reasonable rates. Most recently he helped us replace a cement stair tread that had cracked and become hazardous for us to walk on. He responded to my email immediately, consulted on the job that same afternoon, and worked us into his schedule the next morning to help us address the safety risk ASAP. We will always consult with him first on relevant jobs.

Horribly. I bought the deal in October and he came to look at what i wanted done. A month later he asked for some pics. A month later, in December he tells me he is too busy but should be at my house in a week or two. Five days later, he asks to build off until spring and i agreed. March 3rd, he asked to come over the next day at 9am. A few hours later, he changed that to "around noon". That morning he tells me he can't make it and asks to come the next day which is Sunday, at 10am. I did sure. He shows up between 10 and 11 and borrows a ladder from me. He is done before 2 pm and says he will be back. Last i heard from him until Angies list sends this email for review because he said the work was done. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I got less than 4 hours of work out of the deal. He did the easy stuff and never touched the items i was concerned about and the communication and run around was horrible. It took 6 months to get less than 4 hours of labor, when 7 was promised. Of course, i still have all the work that needs to be done to my brick.

"He was happy with the work...at least when I was there he said so.I did keep in contact with this homeowner and had many changes and delays as usual which cause things to happen out of my control like scheduling. Sure I asked for a ladder, I noticed just a few small areas that were not noticed upon my first look that needed re-pointing up above the garage door that I could not access with the ladder I had on hand and that he was more than happy to let me use a taller ladder he had and even offered. This homeowner contacted me about repointing which was all completed and he was happy with the work. When I was there it was mentioned a brick sill had an issue that would actually need to be reset and would involve setting up scaffold and a portion of a brick veneer wall was actually pulling away from the house that I noticed and told this homeowner about that he was unaware of. I assumed this homeowner was contemplating the additional work of the brick veneer wall that had pulled away as I had told him it required pinning the wall back with bolts into the wall studs as this is not an easy job. As far as the brick sill we never did discuss the extra time that would have been involved over the few hours remaining of the coupon purchase. This homeowner could have simply put forth the effort and contacted me to discuss the additional work and find out the extra cost. I cannot stress enough to homeowners about having a quick turn around on jobs. I sometimes get booked for weeks and even months ahead and in that sense homeowners should be aware that to them I am one but they are usually one of many I'm dealing with at any given time."

Bill gave me an estimate which I accepted. It was reasonable and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. He was able to accomplish the job immediately. And it looks great. I would hire Bill for any future brick work I may need.

Bill is very conscientious about his work. Did a beautiful job on the mailbox. Looks like new. Mortar on porch was different color than mailbox. When he tuck pointed the porch and walk, it didn't match the old mortar as well as he wanted, so he removed it all, on his own, and redid it. I have another project that he is going to start on in a couple of weeks.

I was happy to find Bill through Angie's list. I needed someone who is knowledgeable about historic restoration, and he is. He was very responsive by phone and email and his prices were reasonable.
