After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. "Bobby  and his asst were great!!!  I was given a 9 to 11 window for arrival.  He showed up on time.  He took one look at water heater closet and said the 50 gal tall water heater would not fit and that he could return it and pick up the 40 gal tall.  I was told by another plumbing company to order 50 gal and they would install based on county regs vs whether it would fit in the closet.  What made me the most happy was, as I was returning and paying for new water heater, the clerk noticed my veterans card and promptly gave me a 10% discount :).  I'm extremely happy with New Era Plumbing.
