"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

I submitted it after 5pm and they had Zach at our home by 8am the next morning. He executed the install immediately and went above and beyond by cleaning my garbage disposal and plumbing lines before re-installing. I was very happy with Zach's professionalism and timeliness, as well as the finished product."
