I spoke with Chris and explained the issue. He told me they could be out that day. No one called or showed. When they did not call, I called their office and left my number for a return call. Never received a call. If you do not want my business, just let me know. I will call a different plumber. I did - Casteel came out as they said they would and fixed the problem.

Chris and his team are flat out amazing! I will never call another plumber as long as I live in Atlanta! Talk about honestly...He has it and always wants to do right by the customer. While another big commercial firm in the area wanted to charge me thousands to fix a gas line Chris and Crossroads determined a new gas line wasn’t needed only a repair of the existing line off the meter for $375. Trust me call them 1st!
