They were honest and worked very hard and I was really happy with the outcome. What I liked about them the most is they waterproofed the inside and and outside of the house. "Workers were on time, cordial and professional. Work was completed in the time and as stated. Premises were left clean. Though all was to moved, workers detached and moved a shelf that was on a wall they needed to work on. Also, I had been told that steps they had to move would not be replaced, but they were kind enough to put some part of them back so that I can get into the basement before they are replaced permanently. Options were explained for preventing water from entering a door that had a sunken area outside. Any questions I had were willingly answered. It was a pleasant experience."

"I waited a few months before posting my review to test the finished product. All I can say is incredible from start to finish to performance! Jordan and Jim are two of the most honest people I have ever met. The estimate process went so smoothly. No pressure, no overselling and scare tactics I had with other large companies. They put in french drains, concrete walls to support the compromised brick ones in the basement. Then two new sump pumps one is a no power required backup, a pump to remove the washing machine water into the sewer line instead of the sump pump. The also wrapped the basement, crawlspace, installed a new crawlspace door. All in two days! The house is so much nicer and dryer. My AC does not run as often, the basement is dry. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area."
