"Rosales Waterproofing company was very professional, trustworthy, diligent, excellent are a few words that come to mind. I was referred by a friend and was extremely pleased with our out.come. They went above and beyond to address my erosion and water pooling on yard. They also graded and added French drain with several under ground pipes. The cherry on top was the wonderful marble rock island in flower beds and 2 retainer walls after graded area for vegetable garden. My wild yard was tamed and shrubs trimmed to perfection. I thought I brought a new house when they were done. I highly refer this company you will be pleased. Thank you Morales."

"The staff and workman were friendly and helpful. The waterproofing repair was scheduled under my warranty with Everdry. I was assured that there would be no cost to me for the repairs. However, what was not explained to me was that the repairs and replacement of the flooring and baseboards that were removed for the repairs would be at my expense. The replacement costs will run over $1000+. I am an 82 year old retired widow on a fixed income and would not have authorized the work if I had known."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

I also chose to have a full crawl space encapsulation done, along with a dehumidifier, concrete work and two JIMBO Jacks installed for deck support. Everything works perfectly. "I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done.
