Also tax credit. This is the best system I have owned. I gave it. Three weeks before I left my review to make sure it worked well. The installation team were top notch. They were on time neat knowledgeable and quick. Definitely the A team. Which is one of the most important things about getting a new heat pump is the installation. If you don't get a Daikin from Brent @ Armato heating and air. Your making a huge mistake."

"2 new systems, 1 ERV, 2 Dehumidifiers, New Duct work, and Insulation replacement, scheduled to begin July 5, signed on June 14. They didn't complete work until the end of October and it took a demand letter from us to get it done. Were told we'd be their "case study" for ERV installation after this because they "didn't do a lot of them" when we were assured at the point of sale that they could do this. Still above-average humidity in the house, still have high utility costs. We finally fired them after a second chance in February of the following year when we were told they had parts for a job and would be out between 8-12 and, when calling them at 9:45 learned their tech was going to "get the parts" for his first stop (us). We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."
