Pink Zebra Moving of Columbus

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They initially forget about our scheduled move, (it got lost between their two systems), showed up two hours late, and with a team that wasn?t prepared with tape, bags, moving equipment. They had no idea how long they were meant to be there so they ran the clock. Our house was pre-packed except for the kitchen so it should?ve been a quick job. They ended up using our own tape and boxes since they were so unprepared. They shattered our patio table and refused to make a claim. They told us they offered a courtesy reimbursement by weight which was a marginal amount compared to the purchase price. You have NO rights, NO insurance, and cannot make ANY claims. Overall the workers were pleasant and friendly but the company they work for is a noncompliant misleading attempt at a small business.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. After quote received on 11/18/24 with representative from company in my home, deposit given, truck too small, leave one whole room unmoved. Richard is a con artist, embarrassment to the military. STAY AWAY, BEWARE!!!!!!!

Communication with Pink Zebra was great from the beginning until the end. Joseph and Jeremiah were a huge help moving me out of my 2nd floor apartment into another 2nd floor apartment. Couldnâ t have done it without them!
