"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"100% would hire them to do the job again. They came in and got straight to work. They answered all of our questions and explained the job to us. They cleaned up, washed everything and threw hay down to combat the dirt. The price was lower than everyone we talked to and they were able to give a first responder discount.
