"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. If you go elsewhere it’s your own fault!"

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"Bryan was very professional but friendly. He did his job and inspected everything. I do need to address some rust issues on the roof cap but he said we could do that if we wanted, just a matter of using high heat paint. He did give us his cost if we wanted to use him. Also answered other questions I had. Overall, very satisfied and happy with Southeast Chimney. I will use them next year and my sister is getting an appointment also. Canton and Jasper are two places contractors don't like to go because of distance from Atlanta, Alpharetta, etc. Very satisfied. A+."

"I had the work completed in November, which was a busy time of year since the weather had gotten colder. A lot of companies were booked and didn't have any appointments available for 2 or more weeks. When I contacted Swept Away Chimney, I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the following week. Spencer Brock arrived on time and was very professional. He is young but has a lot of experience and is also CSIA certified, something that was important to me and most chimney sweeps do not have this specific certification. He was quick and neat and found no problems with my fireplace or chimney. The cost of the cleaning was $189.00 and I paid an additional $100.00 for the installation of the gas log set. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend."

"I had requested a quote for new gutters, about 110'.  Once he got on the roof and did an inspection, he pointed out additional items needing addressing.  The chimney flashing needed repairs, also he suggested new boots to all the vents, and all gutter seams needed new caulking.  Not knowing that much about roofing, I went along with his suggestions.  I really don't know if these additonal items needed addressing or not, but knowing that a good roof is key to a house's condition, I feel good about it.  I interviewed one other company, they did not get on the roof to do any other roof inspections.

"Several houses in my neighborhood had experienced hail damage and when I asked Shuwayne and Matt about taking a look at my house, the came right over and examined it.  The told me that my house had hail damage and worked with me to start an insurance claim.  They arranged a visit to the house with my insurance adjuster and one of their private adjusters.  Once on-site they explained that the roof had enough hail damage to require a total replacement.  In addition, they explained the water stains on my interior ceilings would be covered.  Next, Shuwayne arranged a meeting to discuss and go over all of my roofing options.  I decided to go with the TimberlineHD shingle and TimberTex ridge caps.  The re-roof of the shingle roof was quick and took about a day and a half.  Some small plant damage did occur to one of the neighbors bushes, but Shuwayne made it whole.  My neighbor and I were happy with the resolution. The crew left the site in a clean manner, and Shuwayne came back and did a final cleanup and debris removal.  A couple of weeks later, the standing seam roof was replaced in a custom manner.  Shuwayne also came back and did a final check up.  I have one minor item that is to be rectified shortly, but the overall experience with Shuwayne and Peachtree Restorations was pleasant and I would hire them again.

"they missed completing the work on the chimney first day which seemed to be a miscommunication between staff. They came out a few days later and completed the work and it looks great. Windows look great and were installed in one day. Only hiccup was a window came cracked and they had to order a new sash. They brought it by, but I have not been able to get it put in as of this time."
