Brick or Stone Fireplace Repair Service
Hired Chimney Charmers to replace the siding and boards on the outside of our chimney. We paid half up front and the balance when work was completed. We also had to come out of pocket an additional 500.00 for added materials as well as gas money for him. Constantly on cell phones and canceled on us for being too tired. Did not have proper tools to even do the work used ours. We decided to cut ties and hire a new contractor.

"Good evening Ms. [Consumer Name Removed], I'm sorry that you feel like that, we worked for four days on y'all's job whenever we were initially only supposed to replace 20-30 pieces of siding?.it turned into much more than that. (At no additional labor cost). We replaced 3/4 of the backside of the siding on y'all's chimney and also painted it. We didn't get to finish our job because y'all told us to come get our stuff and leave. When we left on Saturday Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] was thanking us for our hard work and by Monday y'all tore down all of our work and were angry at us? It was very concerning and confusing. Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit Repair
Spencer was very good and quick. He replaced my gas logs with the correct size logs and showed me how to operate it. I feel the unit is much safer now.

My husband and I have used Spencer for all of our chimney and fireplace needs for the past 7+ years. Spencer is EXTREMELY reliable and always does great work at a very fair price. Heâ s done a variety of jobs, such as chimney cleaning, fixing cracks, replacing plates, etc. My husband never calls anyone else. Heâ s very particular about how he wants things done and Spencer delivers a perfect job, every single time. We also enjoy Spencerâ s nice, chill personality and his good sense of humor. Working with this company was a delightful experience. The representative was on time. He was obviously incredibly knowledgeable. He was professional yet easygoing. He made the repairs understandable. The time he spent explaining the workings of our gas fireplace to us and answering our questions was very much appreciated. This company is most definitely going on our â use them againâ list.

Very reliable and professional! Spencer is extremely knowledgeable and courteous! Very respectful of your property and cleaned up and vacuumed behind himself as he left our home! He replaced two heat shields and cleaned our chimney. I wouldnâ t use anyone else moving forward! Extremely satisfied!
