"The agreement for the fence was for the beginning of May. It is now July 3rd and the fence is still not completed & is so poorly done that it has to be torn down & redone. He was also originally hired for multiple projects including my back deck which currently does not have rails on one side because he tore it down & has yet to replace it. I also have a board on my back deck that is not attached & a trip hazard. At this point, we are owed a refund of over $4k for projects not completed that he was given in good faith."

David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."
