I liked him because he does not kill the critters - he relocates them to their natural environment many miles away from your house.

Well, he didn't find the "critter" in our attic but he DID find the whole in the attic that the critter came in and he closed that up and we've never had another.

Everything went well. They came out the same day, told us what the problem was and possible solutions. They were quick and efficient.

Got rid of flying squirrels in the attic. Secured the all possible openings around the house against future pest invasions. Capped off chimneys, removed all "evidence left by invaders.

I called this company after getting an extremely high quote from another well known company for bat removal. They came to my house the same day I called. They spent time up in the attic and told me my problem was bats but flying squirrels. They fixed the problem, came in MUCH cheaper than any other company and were wonderful to deal with. I give their contact information out to anyone who mentions they have any kind of problem. They are honest, gracious and professional! I hope to not need them again but would call them immediately if I did.

Mr. Sawyer came personally and from the first visit to the last was on time, professional and clean. The estimate was fair and accurate with no extra charges added on.
Description of Work
They got all of the squirrels out of my attic and closed up all the access where any wildlife could get into the attic throughout the home. They set traps in the crawl space and closed up all access to the crawl space where animals could get in. They checked the traps regularly and removed them as needed.

Very professional from start to finish, as well as followup, and I've been raving about how I was saved from the flying squirrel!
Description of Work
I discovered I had a critter issue in the middle of the night. I thought it was coming from my chimney/fireplace and needed service immediately. They came out after midnight, and identify what it was - a frying squirrel and how it had gotten into the house. They checked my attic for clues and when the hole used was discovered (a small hole used to hide TV cords for a flatscreen), they patched it, and provided me with 2 options on how to proceed next to protect my home going forward. A few days later, they came back out to do the agreed upon work, as well as check the traps that had been previously set (as the squirrel was not captured that night). A week later, they checked back in, to see if I had heard anything else after the traps were set (as the squirrel was not captured that night) and then during that visit, they addressed an additional situation - woodpeckers, which they were also able to take care of at the same time, along with patch previously done work, and paint the damaged area as my home had recently be painted. Very professional from start to finish, as well as followup, and I've been raving about how I was saved from the flying squirrel!
