I would say over all the customers service was good the rep manage came out and he Explained to me all about the details in the service they were offering and the service technician came out pretty quickly and did a great job also took time to make sure that everything was done right and he got my attention when the Job was completed thank u and am giving the technician a 5 star star

After consulting with Bell Pest Control I realized my present pest control was too expensive for the work performed on my home. So I ended my contract with Hawx Pest Control and switched to Bell the same day. Now I know my home is Protected And I am not being scammed and overcharged for the work performed. It would have been perfect if I had been told my signature was needed for the VA termite letter. I couldn't just have other adult family members at home to accomplish his inspection. Advance warning that I was physically required to sign on site was all that was needed, and it would have been a perfect interaction. All other parts of Bells Pest Control service were flawless. I appreciate their professionalism and patience to wait on me to arrive home. Their service is absolutely necessary to obtaining a VA loan.

The company representative came the same day we inquired and conducted a free termite inspection. Thankfully none were found! He thoroughly explained our options for preventative maintenance to protect our home. We subsequently hired the company and the staff came the next day (on time) and installed our preventative products. I highly recommend Bell's Pest Control for your pest control and preventative needs.
