They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. They took care of everything from the building, electrical, and plumbing, and their labor cost was a fair price. Thank you, Handymack!"

"Great group. I hired them to add an approximately 300 square foot sun-room onto our home and we are very pleased with the end product. It has rapidly become the favorite room in the house. The workers were on the job promptly at 8:00 a.m. every morning and worked HARD all day long -- and they were just nice guys .. . regular folks. We had a couple of very minor issues that arose after the room was completed ... they came out and fixed those in a timely manner. I am happy enough with their work to have them back to remodel a bathroom later this year. I felt their pricing was reasonable ... it wasn't the cheapest, but was far from the highest among bids I got, and I got a good vibe from meeting Jeff Wilbanks, the owner. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
