"My parents and I hired Jeff Wilbanks to repair their home after filing a water damages claim through their insurance. I found his company on this Home Advisor site and reading through reviews. Jeff contacted me back very promptly and we discussed the needed repairs. Jeff was truly an answer to prayer after many months of having to struggle with the insurance claims process (Allstate is deplorable). We talked on multiple occasions to make sense of the insurance estimate and make selections to put my parents house back in order, and my parents were very pleased with him and his subs. They did an excellent job with insulation, drywall repair, new carpet, new LVT, painting, trim work, door replacement, toilet and faucet replacement, closet repair, and so much more that Iâ m sure Iâ m missing. "Bath Planet Atlanta did our master bath and guest bathroom of our home. My husband and I are expecting a child in Sept and we wanted to redo our bathrooms before the baby is born. They went beyond what we expected. Even though he had 3-4 other projects along with ours, he made it seem like we were the only ones. They attention to details, very knowledgeable, and does not cut corners like some contractors do. They was present when picking tile, granite, and glass. I must admit he suggested a dark metallic floor tile which I resisted because I didn't think it would look good in the bathrooms. Boy was I wrong. I'm so glad we trusted his advise because the floors are my favorite part of the bathroom now. We would definitely use Bath Planet Atlanta again with the rates and quality work."

"It was absolutely wonderful, they were even down to details that I didn't expect them to do. They changed out light bulbs in my laundry room that hadn't worked for years and I didn't ask them to do that.
