Kevin and his team were awesome to work with. It was a major project as the entire downstairs had to be removed and replaced to include base and trim. Mr. App is the best contractor I've ever hired! He built a covered porch onto my home 14 ft x 34 ft., extended my kitchen 5 ft. out into the porch and went beyond my expectations. He is prompt everyday, easy to get in touch with and the quality of his work is consistent. I highly recommend this business.

Itâ s not a call in several subs to take care of your needs, he does it ALL! Paint, lighting, hang new doors, rip out flooring and carpet, finishing Sheetrock holes so they will never be seen dustless Sheetrock sanding, siding repair all on a rental house that he treated like it would be where heâ d be living. I canâ t detail all that he did because I only have 3500 characters left. I will and actually have used him more than once, will do if ever have a call for home improvement again!

Kevin and his crew were fantastic from the initial meeting til the very end of this massive project. We had a renovation on a 1938 home in need of several repairs and updates. From removing walls to improving the foundation to adding decorative beams. The transformation was incredible. We will use his services again and again.

Epp Construction did a fabulous job remodeling my master bedroom and bathroom. I absolutely love my new tile shower in the bathroom and the c Cofer ceiling in my bedroom. The work is top-notch! And Kevin is very punctual and precise on the scope of work. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

We truly enjoyed working with Kevin on two large projects. He completely remodeled our master bathroom. Which we get so many compliments because itâ s absolutely beautiful. We had LVT installed and ceramic tile removed in a large bathroom and LVT installed. Kevin built a closet in the bathroom and replaced a toilet. The finished project is wonderful!

Kevin installed a marble backsplash and under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. He was as picky as I was that exactly the right tiles were used to maximize the finished look. He will be doing more tile work at my house soon!

Kevin is extremely honest and genuine. He has a true interest in doing high quality work and the outcome shows it! I appreciated him coming in to assess my Underdeck and porch enclosure project that was abandoned by a previous contractor. Everything was done on time and he continuously kept me informed of what was going on at every step.

The work was done very well and quickly. They re framed an exterior basement wall to add a new window and a larger window in a second location. Very happy with the work done.

Great job framing 3 closets and 4 walls; one being a load-bearing wall. Will hire him to trim house and add interior doors.

Also used them to install porcelan tile in a new sunroom and stone block flooring unroom for a new patio.

He installed Porcelan Tile in a new sunroom for me in a 45 degree angle pattern. Many pieces required custom cutting and fitting, had his own ceramic tile saw, performed cuts as I directed as I screened tile from boxes to get the exact look I wanted. Job was beautiful and tiles were laid perfectly flat, worked with me on custom trim work around tiles.
