"Josh came to repair our dishwasher. Turned out nothing was wrong with the dishwasher but Josh helped us figure out that no hot water was running into the dishwasher. The day before we had a plumber flush our Renai hot water heater. The plumber forgot to turn the hot water back on. Since we were out of town and only our housekeeper was there Josh was able to go to the Renai and turn the lever back on and get the hot water running.
