David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done.
