Even if the prices are similar, go with your gut and pick NES. There was no frills and extra bs. I ended up adding a ton of services on the original quote because the value it provided. During his over the phone diagnosis, he gave several potential issues that may have been the problem. One being a potential issue on the power company side. With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company. Robert followed up as promised and was prepared to keep our on-site appointment if needed. It is his extensive knowledge, pleasant demeanor, and honesty that will ensure I will call him with any future electrical needs and I would not hesitate to refer him to others."
