Technician Brian D. was great, got here early and had work done in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly. Even leveled out the dirt afterwards and did a great job. Will be using again in the future.

Way overpriced, got ripped off big time. Charged $1500 for a 1 hour job total with replacing a sump pump in basement. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I was dumb enough to let it happen to me. Cost of pump probably 200 and they made a quick 1300 on me for a job i could have done if I would have just researched how to do it. My bad. Also, the manager Jeff Ramos refused to call me back after leaving 2 messages and I finally tracked him down where he sounded like a stoner who didn't care about anything. Said "well that's the price so we can operate our company or some lame excuse". Other plumbers would have charged 800 to do this job after research. Not to mention they have already been found guilty for violating the state's fair business act and had to pay 102,000 in restitution. I guess now I am paying for some of that restitution.

Both young men were professional representing the Pink Plumber Company. Eric listened to the complaints, and explained what/how the services will be provided..

Very well. The serviceman let me see what the problem was and explained how he would fix it. He gave me the cost to approve before he did any work on it. Drain was fixed and is working fine.

Justin Holt did a great job. He advised me on what he found involving the tank and the scope of work needed. He worked very hard to get everything accomplished. I would call him again. I feel the company is pretty deceptive in their pricing. They quote $249.00 to pump the tank over the phone. That went to $480.00 once onsite with the various add ons they come up with. Couldn't pump tank with cleanout valve. Had to dig more than two feet. Too much sludge. Then with a broken intake valve in the tank my final bill was $1,446.00.

Brian was awesome! Helpful, professional, thorough and honest. We really needed some help too because our house was built in 1971. And to be truthful, I had 2 other vendors ready to go, and because of Brian's service and the killer financing, we definitely went with the Pink Plumber and would do so again!

Jack explained everything needed to have water pipes in proper working order. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time I’ve used this company and contractor. Awesome job!

They found deterioration on outlet and explained in great detail and advised me of options. I chose to have the repair even though was more than planned on spending. They included inspection of front end and I felt very confident I was doing the right thing for me and my family. Getting the work done was easy and happy with leaving our home to the next family without worries for this in the future.

(DO NOT USE THEM)) They are a big RIPOFF CO I am reporting them on Angies list, Home Advisor, The Better Business Bureau, an any other place consumers go to look for contractors (I will never deal with them again) used 1x only it ended as a over charge dispute with my bank WARNING The Management there is unfriendly., unapproachable, defends the employees over the customers! They over charge, quote one price, then INCREASE THE DOLLAR amount when its time to run your debit or credit card. On 7/8/19 They sent a guy over to install a new sink kit all parts included that I bought at Lowes. Mine had a leaking sprayer. The old sink needed removal and the sink cabinet sink cabinet old two boards that needed replacing where water had puddled up in the bottom and splashed on the back wall of the cabinet. It had leaked for 3 days before I was aware of it. The guy was an HOUR LATE, I was his last appointment. When he arrived I showed him the new sink kit and the mess under the cabinet that needed two boards removed and replaced. It was a simple job. I had never had to call a plumber before when they said they were ( full service) I assumed they repaired everything. I asked him for an estimate. I had already looked at the local cost estimation app and it said $325.00 to $475.00 was the average cost for a sink install. His estimate to me was a whopping $668.47) so I assumed since he had seen the damaged wood that needed to be replaced due to black mold starting to form. I assumed the sticker shock quote was with the cabinet repair included. He fixed the sink in about $35 minutes and he said he needed payment. He had not given me a hand written or E mailed estimate prior to the work. I said I will pay with my bank debit card. I said how much did you say I owed you? He said $742.74. I said WHAT I thought you said it was $668.47? I supplied the sink kit and it was a no brainer job. He fumbled around with his I paid application, and said oh yes its $668.47 I glared at him as he ran my debit card. He finished I still didn't have a receipt. He said oh they will send it to you by E mal from the office. I said so you ae coming back in the morning to finish replacing the 2 boards under the sink with the mold. He looked at me and asked me for a piece of paper. He borrowed my tape measure. He measured under the cabinet made a little drawing with the measurements of the cabinet. I said what is this for? He said I'm not going to fix it YOU are? He handed me the drawing with advice, take this to Home Depot, get them to cut 2 pieces of plywood be sure they cut 2 notches on one of the boards. You may have to angle the boards in place put them over the other ones that should do it! he left. I called his Manager Jeff the next day. He was unapproachable, stubborn angry and only agreed to take of $150.0. I disputed the bill told him I have to now pay another co to finish the half finished job costing more money. Jeff said we don't fix cabinets. no doubt after the fact. he never once apologized. I I told him I would be warning others about my bad experience with them on all of he referral sites, plus officially disputing the amount of the refund. I got my dispute form from my bank. I am also copying this bad review to paste on sites like NEXTDOOR I live in the area Tanglewood it reaches home owners in a 61 mile radius. HOME ADVISOR and ANGIES LIST plus RIPOFF REPORT.com. They need a new manager all that bad PR will comeback to bite them.

Jack found a leaky shutoff valve in a junction box, replaced the leaky shutoff valve. Jack was very professional and completed the repairs in a timely manner.

Great! Eric was very knowledgeable. I was originally thinking the leak was coming from the main line but Eric put my mind at ease. Once he could see the area of the leak was not near the normal route of the main line from the road. He uncovered the cause (sprinkler joint) and fixed it promptly. I will be using Pink Plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you, Eric., and SemperFi, to your nephew (a future Marine).

He found that gas company had put lock on it where gas lines had been replaced. We called gas provider afterwards; they came cut gas back on!

Cody, was professional explained all work to be performed. Let me know price point before beginning work. Would highly recommend.

Nick was very nice and courteous. My ST is 47 years old and has no riser to pump. So they had to dig a 3x5 space to open the lid to pump. Nick explained the process before he started the job and was very professional and knowledgeable in his line of work.. I would highly recommend this Company and Nick to anyone needing this kind of service.. Thanks Nick for a job well done!

It went very well. Other issues were visible and explained in detail. They Repaired the other problems at a nominal price. I could not be happier than I was with Preston and Josh. Highly recommend.

Dale is fantastic. He was prompt and finished the work in a timely manner. He is professional and explained everything that needed to get done. He has done several jobs for me in the past 7 months and I have been thrilled with each one. I would highly recommend Dale Freeman and Pink Plumber.

He had to remove all piping under the sink and my garbage disposal as it was not to code and part of the reason for the clog. He was courteous, professional and thorough. Was a little taken by the cost of a few of the parts like the simple basket drains. The only issue I had was with the scheduling, when I called from my work line that is what got entered into their system. I had to remind the caller to give her my return number and then asked that the work number be removed from the system. However at the appointed time on a Saturday when I'm not at work, that was the number they called to confirm. Of course I didn't answer and almost missed my appointment time. Then they also had transposed my cell number. So if I had not called near the end of the allotted window I would have missed this service all together. Which was not a good option with a totally clogged kitchen sink. They need to take more time in scheduling services and confirming information in their system.

Magnificent. The Pink Plumber representative was Dale Freeman and he did a wonderful job explaining everything that he suggested to repair the problem. Mr. Freeman has nineteen years experience and is very knowledgeable. He is a very personable professional and is trustworthy. He will be our plumber in the future. John recently replaced three toilets an they all seemed to have gone great. The service was great and completed in a very reasonable time. As the days proceeded one of the toilets began having problems and nobody could identify the problem or think of possible causes other than the toilet it's self (even HD). Then John came by again and was able to identify the cause and fix the problem. He also took the time, this visit and the first, to explain what he found and show me things when he thought it would be beneficial. So far after several "flushes" there have been no problems and it's definitely better then the old one I had replaced. John did a great job and I will cont5inue to call on your company and recommend them to others when I can. Already recommend your company to family and they were very pleased. Thanks again!

Fantastic! Jason appeared in 30 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He replaced the pipe and installed a water pressure device which will eliminate future problems. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will call for Jason for any other plumbing issues we may have. Well done Pink Plumber
