I am the owner and sole employee of North Point Hot Tub Repair. I have well over two decades of experience specific to the fields of hot tub, spa and pool repair and service. I service anyone within a twenty or so mile radius of Alpharetta, GA. I am open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. I look forward to helping you.

Hands down the best hot tub service provider and general repairman I have ever had ? bar none.
We have an older and very large Sundance spa that has intermittently caused us trouble over the years.
After speaking with the original dealership and Sundance?s customer service in California in an effort to trouble shoot the latest
problem, I was about to give up when I found the North Point Hot Tub Repair website on the internet.
True to his word, the owner, George Neiss delivered: courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy AND he did not send
me an invoice until I was sure that the spa was working perfectly.
It was quite a complicated and tedious repair, and George was very methodical in his approach, explaining all the possible
issues at hand. His expertise in the spa field is clear, and he is extremely
fair in his pricing ? he set clear expectations and there were no surprises.
Our hot tub has been running perfectly since July and George has given us
several great maintenance and care tips along the way.
You need not contact anyone else to professionally service your hot tub ? you will not be disappointed.
Everything written above. Found our what worked or didn't work, both through the control board and directly off the power source. They (with discussions with the manufacturer) properly wired and tested the spa!
